Marilyn I. Orwig Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Marilyn I. Orwig of Astoria, Illinois, who passed away on January 3, 2022 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lossie Bollinger and Lula Bollinger (Gibson). She is survived by: her children, Rose McCurdy of Vermont, IL, Sue Anne Stoneking (Mark) of Green Valley, IL, Danny Orwig (Mary) of Havana, IL and Jon Orwig (Lisa) of Ft. Madison, IA; her grandsons, Travis McCurdy (Niky Friday), Casey Orwig (Brittney), Nick Orwig (Candyce), Matt Orwig (Jessica) and Kyle Orwig; her sister Edna Miller of Rushville, IL; and her siblings-in-law, Rita Hamm (Bob) and Loyd McCombs. She is also survived by 2 step-grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, and 1 step-great-grandson.
