He was predeceased by: his sister Brenda Reynolds. He is survived by: his mother Diane Dean (Poppenhager) of Astoria; his children, Kevin Dean (Devin) of Rushville, Kyle Dean (Lindsey) of Peoria, Kara Dean of Vermont, Katy Dean of Springfield and Katie Ratcliff of Astoria; his grandchildren, Trisha Haskins, River Dean, Emma Lanier, Marley Dean, Livia Dean, Carson Dean, Brycen Dean of Jackson Dean, D. J, Daisy Ratcliff and Dawson Ratcliff; and his sisters, Pam France (Michael) of Table Grove and Denise Dean.
