She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Busby and Pearl Busby (Peterman); her husband William "Willie" Bucher; her grandson Erik Bucher; and her siblings, Morris, Don Busby and Hildreth Busby.
She is survived by: her children, Lu Ann Bollinger (Charlie) of Astoria, Alvin Bucher of Astoria and Larry Bucher (Lisa) of Astoria; and her close friends, Nancy Swan, Jenny Hood and Sandy Rawley Page. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or the Astoria Christian Church.
