He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Auston Jack and Mary Josephine Hamm (Markley); his children, Todd (Jennifer) of Elkhart, IL, Chris (Megan Kirby) of Astoria, A. J. of Springfield, IL and Heidi Elbe (Justin) of Macomb, IL; his grandchildren, Griffin Bloyd, Lance Hamm, Jersee Hamm, Emma Hamm, Nicholas Elbe, Josie Elbe and Lucie Elbe; and his sister Julia Vallejo.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the Illinois Neurological Institute at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria or the South Fulton Rebels Booster Club.
