He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Workman and Lola Pearl Workman (Smith); his wife Vicki I. St. Dennis; his children, Valerie Lynn, Barbara Jo and Terry Allen Workman; his brother Dwayne Workman; and his nephew Gary Workman.
He is survived by: his daughters, Tammy Peterman and Linda Fisher (Dickie); and his grandchildren, Brandon Workman (Lindsey Rohbaugh), Bradley Workman (Savannah Nelson), Catherine Peterman (Jay Meisner), Jeremy Fisher (Chrissy), Matthew Fisher (Rebecca Lytle), Amanda Gulick (Justin) and Amy Sprout (Curtis).
Memorials in memory of Phillip may be given to the Astoria Fire and Rescue Squad and sent to Shawgo Memorial Home, PO Box 525, Astoria, IL 61501.
