He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale Hammack and Doris Hammack (Harn); his daughter Stephanie Michele McCombs; his grandson Lucas Backstein; and his brother Tim Hollis.
He is survived by: his spouse Tracey Peek; his daughter Cady Hammack (Kalli) of Seguin, TX; his stepchildren, Sasha Backstein (James) of Riverton, IL and Albert Peek (Shelby) of Mechanicsburg, IL; and his brothers, Marvin Hammack (Sue) of Browning, IL and David Hammack (Juanita) of Astoria.
