He was predeceased by: his mother Irma Jane Powell; his daughter Josie Haubensak; and his sister Betty Parker. He is survived by: his children, Linda Hackett (Ike) of Lewistown, IL, Janey Ford (Mike) of Rushville, IL and Carl Powell (Debbie) of Lewistown. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-granddaughter.
Memorials in Dick's memory may be made to the Astoria Rescue Squad and sent to the funeral home at Box 525, Astoria, IL 61501.
