He is survived by: his children, Mary Groves (Johnny) of Astoria, Peggy McCombs of Astoria, Rhonda Hunter (John) of Browning, IL, Denise, Ricky Stambaugh (Michelle) of Rushville, IL, Ronald Stambaugh of Astoria, David Stambaugh (Carolyn) of Beardstown, IL, James Stambaugh of Galesburg, IL and Daniel Stambaugh (Tracy) of Augusta, IL; and his siblings, Verna McCormick (Dorvan) and Paul Stambaugh (Carol) of Astoria, IL.. He is also survived by 24 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be given to the Astoria Fire and Rescue Squad.
