He is survived by: his mother Darlene Baker of Rushville, IL; his wife Angela Horner; his siblings, Marty Clemens (Ellen) of Pleasant Plains, IL, Jimmy Blickenstaff of Blandinsville, IL, Chris Blickenstaff (Donna) of Troy, IL, John Baker (Beth) of Browning, IL and Lori Walters (Kent) of Fuquay-Varina, NC; his father-in-law Larry Horner (Gloria); and his sister-in-law Kisha Horner (Jeremy Taylor).
