He was predeceased by: his father Leon Dale. He is survived by: his mother Lois Catherine Stambaugh (Walton); his wife Linda; his children, Shannon Adkins (Scott) and Travis D. Stambaugh (Lucia); the mother of his children Jane Hollenback Cowin; his children, Erica Kleinlein, Heath VanDeVenter (Heily Windsor), Collin Adkins, Dreyton Kleinlein, Preston Horwedel, Dagain Reneau, Foxx Adkins, Katelyn Stambaugh, Peyton VanDeVenter, Kiera Stambaugh, Maycen VanDeVenter, Ashton VanDeVenter and Levi Dale Stambaugh; and his siblings, Cathy Butler (Stan) of Peoria, IL and Kevin Stambaugh (Linda) of Rushville, IL. He is also survived by five nephews.
