He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Richey and Twila "Marie" Richey (Teel); and his siblings, Charles, Walter "Bud", Lyle, Keith, Willard Richey, Rose Marie "Sis" Osborne, Nelda Reid and Linda Short.
He is survived by: his pet Morrison; and his siblings, James "Jim" Richey of Vermont, IL and Mary Ann Plate of Adair, IL. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
