He was predeceased by: his father Virgil Stambaugh; his sister Jenny Hendricks; and his great-nephews, Dakota, Archer and Ransom Corrick.
He is survived by: his mother Opalene Stambaugh (Trone) of Astoria; his wife Kathryn Ann Bemis; his children, Nick Rittenhouse (Tabitha), Joel Rittenhouse (Katie) and Samantha Stambaugh (Bryan Pasley) of Astoria, IL; his grandchildren, Gabriel Williams, Finnegan Rittenhouse, Oliver Rittenhouse, Breezi Kelly, Autumn Rittenhouse, Hadley Garbett, Braydan Pasley, Jordyn Cozad, Charlie Pasley and Jaxon Pasley; and his siblings, Jody Kolves (Kevin) of Astoria, IL and Tim Stambaugh (Shannon) of Bardolph, IL. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
