He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Holtkamp and Rosalie Holtkamp (Ralston); and his sisters, Nita and Vanessa Holtkamp. He is survived by: his aunt Rita Jones of Astoria.
Memorials may be given to the Astoria Fire and Rescue Squad.
