He was predeceased by: his father Lewis "Peck" Abeln. He is survived by: his wife Linda Turner; his children, Shawn Primm (Angie), Keri Orme (Trevor), Dale Abeln, Jr. and Clint Abeln (Michelle); his mother JoAnn Abeln (Beard); his grandchildren, Haley, Caleb, Connor, Gracie, Hannah and Walker; and his siblings, Brenda Connelly (Ed), Sheree Abeln Meyer, Diane Hester (Tom) and Dean Abeln. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
