He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Neuleib and Loretta Neuleib (Whittington); his daughter Vickie Lawrence; and his siblings, Lila Parrish, Leota Wethington, Lois King and Lynn Neuleib.
He is survived by: his daughters, Valerie Jackson (Loren), Verna Townsend (Mike) and Vanessa Addis (John); and his sibling Lories Graham (Phil). He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
