She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Leland "Nick" Bicknell and Bertha Beare Bicknell; her children, Jeff Turner (Doris), Sue Rich (Terry) and Kathi J. Shay; her grandchildren, Jamie Turner, Nikki Williams (Jerritt), Erik Rich (Holly Thomas) and Jessie Lazarus (Chris); her great grandchildren, Caleb, Gracie, Taylor, Natalia and Ayden; her brother Richard Bicknell (Jan); her son-in-law Terry Shay; and her sister Audra G. Van Hoorn.

Memorials may be made to Mt. Hope-Funks Grove Library in McLean, Atlanta Rescue Squad or Eminence Christian Church.
