She was predeceased by: her parents, Roger J. Hinthorn and Emma L. Bratcher Hinthorn. She is survived by: her husband Rick Small; her children, D. J. Small (Jamie Anderson), Denny Small (Kayla Swearingen) and Daniel Small; and her sister Brenda Lowry. She is also survived by several grandchildren, one great-grandson.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the Quiram-Peasley Funeral Home (202 NW Vine St, Atlanta, IL 61723). A memorial service will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
Memorials may be made to Atlanta Rescue Squad or Atlanta United Methodist Church.
