He is survived by: his spouse Laurie J. Peters; his children, Tracie McCleverty (John), Shannon Rocha (Jonathan), Michael Peters Jr. (Megan) and Daniel Ojeda; and his grandchildren, Sydney Rocha, J. J. McCleverty, Gianna Rocha, Harper Peters, Beckett Peters, Isabella Ojeda and Frances Ojeda.
