He is survived by: his parents, Norman Horn and Yvonne Horn (Huffman) of Greenview; his brother Dan; his sister-in-law Bobbie Horn of Springfield, IL; his nieces, Samantha McCann (David) of Alton and Mary Horn of Springfield; his great-nephew Micah McCann; and his great-nieces, Melody, Jona and Molly McCann of Alton. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
