He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Herman Neumann, Wilhelmina Neumann, Mary Neumann, Clifford and Ruth Jenkins.

He is survived by : his parents, Ernie Neumann and Rachel Jenkins Neumann; and his daughter Emelia Neumann (Emme). He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends.
