He was predeceased by : his parents, Fred Manship and Della Wooters Manship; his wife Loraine Pitchford; his daughter Mary Nicholson; and his siblings, Della Pauline Flowers and William Richard Manship.

He is survived by : his children, Alice Bettis (Roger), Nancy McCord (Del), Wanda Crump (Charles), Marjorie Millburg (Kenneth) and Fred Eugene Manship (Carla); his siblings, Kay Kendall and Jim Manship (Diane); and his siblings-in-law, Wilma Knapp and Raymond Pitchford. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchild.

Memorial may be made to Auburn Christian Church or Salvation Army.
