She was predeceased by: her parents, David Bolletto and Mary Bolletto; her grandmother Anna Bednarchik; her husband Charles Opolka; and her sister Anne-Marie Hood.
She is survived by: her uncle George Bednarchik; her children, Mary Sue Tranquilli of Saint Charles, Lucy Dixon of Auburn, Georgia Hagmann of Springfield, Illinois and Chuck Opolka of Lyon France; and her siblings, Margaret (Hays) and David Bolletto of Thayer. She is also survived by six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
