Jean King Obituary
With sadness, we share the passing of Jean King of Auburn, Illinois. Jean, born on March 4, 1935, passed away on October 21, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Beatty and Adella Jenkins Beatty; her husband Charles "Bud" King; and her daughter Cynthia King. She is survived by: her children, Greg King (Barbara), Brenda Owens (Terry) and Brad King (Laurie); her grandchildren, Zachary Owens (Christina), Matthew Owens (Taylor), Ian King (Carolina), Ashley Boarman (Rob) and Teagan Harding (Brock); and her brother John Beatty (Donna). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, October 25th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Bramley Funeral Home (550 E Jackson St, Auburn, IL 62615).
