It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lois M Stewart of Auburn, Illinois, born in Springfield, Illinois, who passed away on June 14, 2022, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Ralph Lackey and Norma Lackey (Neal); her sons, Dennis Gill and Ronald Gene Stewart, Jr.; her siblings, Ralph Lackey, Inez Shelton, Virginia Hilbert and Junie Lackey; and her son-in-law Dennis Hennessey.

She is survived by : her husband Ronald Stewart; her children, Tony Gill (Kelly) of Divernon, Billy Stewart (Rod Mundhenke) of Auburn, Tim Stewart (Staci) of Auburn, Norma Hennessey of Springfield, Rhonda Brinkley of Springfield and Susan Schmal of Auburn; and her brothers, Jerry Lackey of Missouri and Walter Sutton of Washington. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren.

Memorials are suggested and may be made to the APL of Springfield and will be received by Airsman & Calvert Funeral Homes, Virden who is honored to be caring for Lois' family.
