She was predeceased by: her parents, James Dullard and Dorothy Dullard (Boyd); her sisters, Patricia and Dorothy Ann; and her granddaughter Amber Elizabeth.
She is survived by: her husband Paul Emerson Packer; her children, David S. Packer (Beth), Linda Wood (Brian), James L. Packer and Diana Burgess (Joe); her niece Patti Ann Packer; and her nephew Paul Edward Packer. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
Memorials are suggested and may be made to Shriners Children's Hospital and will be accepted by Airsman & Calvert Funeral Homes, Virden who is honored to be caring for Marcia's family.
