He is survived by: his wife Susan Gayle Lindblad; his children, Jason Bickel (Davina), Amy Bickel and Justin Bickel; his grandchildren, Alec Bickel, Jena Sams, Joshua Bickel, William Bickel, Jacob Bickel and Isabelle Bickel; and his nephew Scott Walkington.
