We are sad to announce that on March 12, 2020, at the age of 77, Mary Thornton (Auburn, Illinois), born in Gary, Indiana passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Mary Thornton to pay them a last tribute.

She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Steve Bodnar and Mary Mottershaw Bodnar; her husband Charles Thornton; her children, Lisa Jones (Brad), Jim Yagow (Sally) and Steven Thompson (Sonia); and her sister Martha Searcy. She was also cherished by four grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to the Auburn Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, 304 W. Maple St., Auburn, IL 62615.
