He was predeceased by: his father Donald Miller; and his half-brother Donald Ray. He is survived by: his mother Florence Miller (Scott); his wife Donna Bingham; his daughter Ashley Miller; his siblings, Don Miller (Sue), Connie Reedy (Jerry) and Chad Scott (Dawn); and his half-sister Tanya Miller. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
