She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Chuck Carr and Elizabeth Tarr Carr; her children, Ashley Bowen, Anthony Bowen, Kristi Bowen and Jen Bowen; and her sisters, Dana Fore and Debbie Dobson. She was also cherished by six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
