He was predeceased by: his wife Gail Wagner; his daughter Doris Freeman; his parents, Goddard Wagner and Myrtle Wagner (Kaus); his son-in-law Barry Quigley Sr.; his granddaughters, Charla Wagner and Debbie Haws; his great grandchild Amber Marquina; and his former wife Doris Heim.
He is survived by: his children, Albert Wagner Jr. (Jean), Dale Wagner Sr. (Cheri), JoEllen Kujawa (Phil) and Bob Van Dyk (Patty); and his son-in-law Jerry Freeman. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; and several great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Healy Chapel (332 W Downer Pl, Aurora, IL 60506). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 12:15 PM at the Lincoln Memorial Park (675 US-30, Aurora, IL 60503).
