He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Frank and Betty Frank; his sister Betsy Sleeth; and his granddaughter Skylar Richmond. He is survived by: his wife Melody Dickens; his children, Chris Frank (Sarah), Megan Richmond (Robert) and Erin Maniscalli (Chris); his grandchildren, Lego Pals Ryan, Mason Richmond, Uno, Kaylee Richmond and Abby Maniscalli; his sister Kathy Wilkinson; and his friends, Dave, Liz Fichtel, Jamie and Nancy Baxter. He is also survived by numerous loving nieces and nephews, in-laws.
