He was predeceased by: his father Millard Finley; his wife Bertha Finley; his siblings, Raymond, Elvin, Lucien Jr., May, Ruth and Geneivie; and his grandson Alex Tyler Finley.
He is survived by: his children, Dora Cisco (Howard), Rick Staten (Sherry) and Art Finley (Susan); his grandchildren, Rob Marcum (Chrissy), Ryan Finley (Alana), Kristina Williams (Michael), Richie Staten (Amanda) and Rebecca Stevens (Bill); his great grandchildren, Braxton, Hannah, Levi, Maverick, Abigail, Emily, Jacob, Micah, Trinity, Noah, Tyler, Logan, Colton and Jolene; his great great grandchild Malachi; his sister Kay Bryant; and his sisters-in-law, Faye Ferguson, Barb Harris and Helen Wallen. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
