He was predeceased by: his parents, Grady Gregory and Josephine Gregory (Edwards); his son David Scott Gregory; and his siblings, James and Barbara Gregory.

He is survived by: his children, Julie Young (Roger), Daniel Gregory (Katie) and William Gregory; his grandchildren, Nathaniel Reid (Mikayla), Kara Reid (Taylor Huggins), Zachary, Bailey, Emily and Carter Gregory; and his great grandchild Nova Reid. He is also survived by friends as well as many nieces and nephews.
