With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Carol Jean Magnuson (Aurora, Illinois), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruth Schmidt (Behrens) and Carl F. Schmidt; her brother Richard Schmidt; and her sister-in-law Carol (Bill Penn). She is survived by: her husband Mel W. Magnuson; her daughters, Lynnea Magnuson (Mike Malolepszy) of St. Louis and Leanne Magnuson Latuda (Frank) of St. Louis; her grandchildren, Andrew Latuda of Washington, D. C., Arianna Latuda of St. Louis and Alexandria Latuda of Boston; and her sister Janice Schmidt Penn of Montgomery. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
