She was predeceased by: her parents, Casey Kasprzyk and Virginia Kasprzyk; and her siblings, Anthony Kasprzyk, Carol Musial (Thomas) and Kathleen M Kasprzyk.
She is survived by: her nephews, Christopher Musial (Lauren), Scott Musial (Nicole) and Darren Musial (Jennifer); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Matthew, Skyler, Aria and Seren Musial. She is also survived by her family, friends and fellow co-workers.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Celeste's name can be made to Shriners Children's Hospital (2211 N. Oak Park Ave, Chicago, IL 60707) would be greatly appreciated.
