He is survived by: his wife Bonnie (Robinson); his children, Kelly Waswil (Richard), Charles William Walters, Jr. (Janine), Michelle Hughes (Kevin) and Richard Walters; and his grandchildren, Richard Waswil, Kayla Waswil, Samantha Hughes, Kaleb Walters, Logan Hughes and Emma Walters.
