He was predeceased by: his parents, Evelyn M. Bartelt and Robert W. Bartelt of Aurora, Illinois.. He is survived by: his children, Wesley B. Bartelt (Michelle Schlicher) and Heather L. Belcadi (Mounir); his grandson Adam P. Belcadi; and the mother of his child Peggy Swan Bartelt.
