He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank T. Smith and Marion Smith (Dripps). He is survived by: his significant other Margaret Liles; his daughter Tammy Smith of Wauconda, IL; and his brother Bud Smith. He is also survived by Nieces, Nephews and Cousins.
