She was predeceased by: her parents, Pauline Thomas and Maylon Thomas; her husband Louis Lentz; and her sisters, Marlene Pugsley, Beverly Buchanan and Karen Thomas.
She is survived by: her children, Louis "Keith" (Joanne) of Oakwood Hills, IL., Bryan (Lori) of Chandler, Bruce (Vickie) of Hardy, AR and Leigh Ann of Iowa City, IA.; her grandchildren, Jamie, Tyler Lentz and James Lentz; and her siblings-in-law, Wilbur Lentz, Jan Ramp, Wilma Jean McMichael, Cheryl Lasley and LaVonne Ramp.
