It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elizabeth Forte (Aurora, Illinois), born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on May 22, 2023, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Louis Reginald Forte; her parents, Peter Bindgen and Elizabeth Bindgen; her brother Raymond Bindgen; and her parents-in-law, Frank and Caroline Forte (Lena).

She is survived by: her children, Marilu Kartheiser (Terry), Carylie Forte, Philip Forte (Deborah), Jennifer Forte, Andrea Forte and Melissa Forte; and her grandchildren, Kristin Jenkins (Kevin), Katie Assell (Chris), Jakob Fuelling, Taylor Watkins, Logan Fuelling and Elleana Forte. She is also survived by 11 loving great grandchildren, sister in-law and nieces and nephews.

Memorials can be made to the Louis Forte Music Scholarship of the Community Foundation of the Fox River Valley (in Aurora) or to the charity of one's choice.
