He was predeceased by: his grandfather Donald Cisek. He is survived by: his parents, Thomas Fleming and Sherry Fleming; his siblings, Cooper Fleming and Lily Fleming; and his grandparents, Jim Fleming, Marlene Fleming and Peggy Cisek. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, friends.
