She was predeceased by: her husband Edward J. Blazek; and her brothers, Edwin Borowiak (late Edna) and Arthur Borowiak. She is survived by: her sons, Edward Blazek (late Peggy) and Robert Blazek (Lynn); and her grandchildren, Ryan Blazek (Teri Lynn), Timothy Blazek (Kristine), Adam Blazek (Kaitlin) and Alex Blazek (Stefanie). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
