She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard Ranstead and Rose Ranstead; and her brother Joe Ranstead. She is survived by: her husband Jack Phelan; her daughter Kathleen; her grandson Damian; her great grandchild Elijah; and her siblings, Anna Turanchik Margaret (late Bill), Guy Ranstead (Joan), George Ranstead (Bella) and Peggy Ranstead.
