He is survived by: his parents, George Alvarez and Indra Alvarez; his brothers, Alex, Eric and Bryant; his children, David, Giovanni, Joanna, Ezekiel, Delilah and Anthony; and his fiancée Danielle.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 1st 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Dieterle Memorial (1120 S Broadway, Montgomery, IL 60538). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 2nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
