Geraldine Levine Nelson Lemley Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Geraldine Levine Nelson Lemley in Aurora, Illinois, born in Marietta, Ohio, who passed away on February 17, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Nelson and Grace Nelson; her husband Donald G Lemley, Sr.; and her siblings, Herbert Nelson, Ronald Nelson, Sue Butts and Betsy Norrick.

She is survived by: her children, Donald Lemley Jr. (Theresa), Sheila Richmond (Jerry), Robert Lemley (Dawn), Ginger Lemley, Allan Waters (Lisa) and Angie Waters-Lemley; and her grandchildren, Katherine Garner (Benjamin), Donnie Lemley, Mark Richmond (Tyla), Joy Richmond, Leah Richmond, Brooke Mott (Dan), Jessica Huls (Jesse), Joseph Lemley, Brandon Yoder (Elaine), Graceanne Courtois (Austin), Tara Waters (Tony), Doug Waters (Amanda), Tiara Waters (Alex) and Dylan Waters. She is also survived by her 11 great-grandchildren.

Visitation for Geri will be held on Saturday, March 5, 2022 from 2-3:00 pm followed immediately by a Memorial Service 3:00 pm at Norris-Segert Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 132 Fremont St., in West Chicago, IL.(At the request of Geri's family all attendees are asked to wear a facemask and practice social distancing).
