He was predeceased by: his parents, Adolf Richter and Mildred Richter; and his sister Merilou. He is survived by: his daughter Anna Elizabeth (Scott); his wife Mary Lynda; his daughter Mary Rebekah Richter; and his grandchildren, Abigail, Austin and Madeline Russi.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Hesed House in Aurora.
