She was predeceased by: her father Armando Diaz. She is survived by: her husband Fausto Diaz; her daughters, Nidya Diaz, Ariana Diaz-Rodriguez (Alejandra) and Gloria Diaz (Rodolfo Lechuga); her grandchildren, Natalia and Noel; and her mother Marcelina Cepeda (Cepeda). She is also survived by many sisters, nieces and nephews.
