We announce the death of James Wendling of Aurora, Illinois, who passed away on August 3, 2026, at the age of 66. He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Wendling and Jeanne Wendling (Daniels); and his brother Mark Wendling. He is survived by: his children, Christopher Perez, Ashley Wendling and Chad Wendling (Gabriela Figueroa); his former wife Norma Wendling; his grandchildren, Chris, Xavier, Serenity, Jacob, Aaron and Briella; and his siblings, Marcie Barnett (Robert), Michael Wendling, Jr. and Janine R. Wendling. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
