He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Winton and Dorothy Winton. He is survived by: his wife Laura M. Winton; his children, Joshua Winton and Grace Winton; and his brothers, Frederick Winton and Bill Winton (Denise). He is also survived by extended family, dear friends.

He faithfully served until Alzheimer's disease gradually brought his career to an early close.
