He was predeceased by: his father Melvin Waggoner; and his mother-in-law Jeannette Weidner. He is survived by: his mother Emogene Waggoner; his wife Kathy Waggoner; his pets, Farley and Lucy Lu; his siblings, Steve Waggoner (Tonya), Caren Moritz (Tony) and Tom Waggoner (Jennifer); his father-in-law Richard Weidner; his sister-in-law Sharon Canty (Bob); and his nieces and nephews, Ruth Delaney (Michael), Sarah Prijatel (Derek), Andrew Moritz (Kathi), Amy Zeutenhorst (Zach), Matthew Waggoner (Laura), Nathan Waggoner, Brian Waggoner (Lindsey), Matthew Canty, RachelCanty and Sarah Canty.
